Safety Manegement System
SMS is the systematic management of risk, associated with Flight Operations, Ground Operations and Maintenance, in order to achieve high levels of excellence.
Safety in operations is the first priority, reducing errors based on learning from past failures and ensuring the safety of people and property.
It is intended that at the end of the training session the trainees will be able to:
- Perform Hazard Identification
- Method for identifying risks related to the organization
- Prepare the Ocurrence Reporting
- Process for the acquisition of a database for safety.
- Understanding Risk Management
- Standards approach for the assessment and application of risk control
- Perform Performance Measurement
- Management tools to analyze whether the organization’s security objectives are being achieved.
- Apply Quality processes
- Processes based on a quality management principle, which supports continuous improvement
