We now share the portfolio for the year 2020 of our behavioral training in Leadership, Customer Service and Communication.

With the current market dynamics, it is imperative that Human Capital be equipped with behavioral skills that support them in their process of professional evolution and improvement of their performance. Skills related to emotions and attitudes are the basis for increasing employee productivity.
Along this path, AVTASQ created a set of more practical and very interactive behavioral training that will assist its trainees in their process of building an attitude and performance for professional excellence and emotional comfort. We want the results of these training courses to be reflected in the behavior and performance of its employees, both in their workplace and in life.

Communication

The act of communicating is inherent to human beings and the basis of interaction within organizations. Communication is currently the common structure and environment of all elements of the organization. Therefore, and with the current changes in the market, knowing how to communicate, whether from the inside out or even internally, is a differentiating element and one of the keys to excellence. Today each individual must be equipped with the best tools to communicate, as this way they will be able to better control the flow of information that is transmitted and avoid conflicts, misunderstandings and anxieties.

Within this communication theme, we will work on areas such as conflict management, expressiveness, argumentation and influence.

We will build sessions adapted to the client’s needs after a previous diagnosis. The actions will be implemented in order to create moments of group sharing or individually.

Leadership

Good leadership will be the key to your organization’s success. Well-prepared leaders motivate their employees more and consequently increase their productivity. Along this path, it is important to prepare them in order to be able to create an environment for sharing the organization’s mission, vision and values, as well as for aligning the individual “will” on the organization’s objective.

We believe that sessions on leadership models, competencies and leadership processes will be a good foundation for creating robust leaders. We must address the theme of Emotional Intelligence, Coaching Techniques and Change Management, in order to create adaptable and agile leaders in the management of their super-productive human resources.

All of our sessions are structured and carried out after diagnoses with the client.

Methodology

Since our target audience is individuals over 18, our approach follows the fundamental principles of training for adults, that is, the sessions are built on the experiences and practical knowledge of both trainers and trainees. Our sessions are guided by the sharing of experiences and practice through educational games, filmed training, case studies, demonstration and theatricalization.

We want our trainees to feel involved with this experience and that the contents have the necessary relevance for the resolution of their labor issues.
