ISO 9001, A MANAGEMENT TOOL
Quality is increasingly an asset to consider. And that’s why quality professionals are increasingly sought after.
Among other topics and techniques to implement a Quality Management System, these professionals need to master the requirements of the reference Standards, namely the ISO 9001 standard, in Portuguese NP EN ISO 9001.
ISO 9001, a management tool, is a set of courses that aims to develop the necessary skills to achieve this objective in a simple, playful and practical way.
It comprises six courses, the first introducing the subject, the rules that govern it, its principles and concepts and the remaining five address the different stages of implementing a Quality Management System.
The courses in this set can also be taken separately.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the action, trainees will be able to:
− Identify the language of Quality and its references
− Interpret the 9001 requirements and define ways to implement them
− Define and implement measurement, monitoring and improvement actions

PREREQUISITES
It is important to have a copy of NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and preferably also of NP EN ISO 9000:2015.
A copy of NP EN ISO 9001:2015 is included in the price.

METHODOLOGY
Courses in B-learning format where all topics are presented on video, using expository methods, metaphors and indication of practical examples.
They are consolidated with active and discovery methods (practical exercises, simulations, recreational activities, etc.) in order to promote the motivation and commitment of the participants.
DURATION
20h – Video time + the time considered necessary to carry out the proposed activities.
