However, its realization requires qualification and experience adequate to the rigor and importance of the function.
Mastering the reference standard – ISO 9001 and auditing techniques are basic conditions for success
In this course, the requirements of the reference standard – ISO 9001 – and those of the guideline standard for planning and conducting audits – ISO 19011 will be interpreted, as well as each of the stages of a quality audit will be exemplified.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the Action, trainees will be able to:
– Identify the concepts and principles associated with quality auditing,
– Identify and interpret ISO 9001 requirements from an audit perspective,
– Identify guidelines for planning and conducting audits of management systems,
– Plan and conduct a quality audit.

PREREQUISITES
Be able to identify in some depth the requirements of ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems. Requirements.
It is important to have a copy of ISO 9001:2015 and preferably also of ISO 9000:2015 and ISO 19011:2018.

Plan and prepare audits
– Audit program: objectives, scope and audit criteria, selection of auditors, responsibilities and qualification of auditors;
– Contact the auditee and carry out the Audit Plan;
– Prepare working papers, gather and analyze information;
Perform Audit
– Conduct the opening meeting;
– Communication, attitudes and behaviors in the audit process.
– Verify compliance with requirements (document analysis, observation, interview);
– Closing meeting – presentation of the audit result to the auditees.

Practical cases – Simulations
METHODOLOGY
To be carried out online, live, or in a face-to-face format, using active and discovery methods (practical group exercises, simulations, recreational activities, etc.) in order to promote the motivation and commitment of the participants.
