The implementation of Quality Management Systems is, more and more, a common practice that, if well applied, can help organizations to improve their results.

However, the implementation of quality management systems presupposes mastering the requirements of the reference Standards, namely the ISO 9001 standard.

This course intends to interpret and exemplify the implementation of the requirements of this Standard in a simple, playful and practical way.

OBJECTIVES

At the end of the action, trainees will be able to:

 

– Identify the concepts and principles associated with the theme of quality,

– Identify and interpret the requirements of ISO 9001,

– Identify some ways to implement the requirements

– Identify the necessary steps to implement a Quality Management System.

It is important to have a copy of ISO 9001:2015 and preferably also of ISO 9000:2015.

METHODOLOGY
