The implementation of Quality Management Systems is, more and more, a common practice that, if well applied, can help organizations to improve their results.
However, the implementation of quality management systems presupposes mastering the requirements of the reference Standards, namely the ISO 9001 standard.
This course intends to interpret and exemplify the implementation of the requirements of this Standard in a simple, playful and practical way.

At the end of the action, trainees will be able to:
